I have been to Allen Tire several times and it is always a good experience. They are always fast, nice and never try to sell you something that is not needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my second visit for service at Allen Tire, and I can only say good things! Chris, who mans the customer front desk, is a benefit to the company. He is kind, personable and helpful. After years of working with the public I know the real deal when I see it! I did not need any major work done but would not hesitate to come here should that ever change.

Allen Tire was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! Fast, friendly, honest service I feel I can trust. I had previously taken my car to another shop who insisted I needed new struts to the tune of $1,100. This, after the tires I bought in October (3 months ago) were worn down to the metal threads. The folks at Allen Tire assured me the issue was in fact a bent frame, that should have been pointed out by the other shop, OR, the shop before that who put tires on there 2 years ago. The folks at Allen assured me the struts were fine. Had I let the previous shop do that work, the tires still would have worn down due to the bent frame. All that to say, I am thankful for my new favorite tire shop, Allen Tire, on Forest Hill Ave! THANK YOU for quality, customer-centered service. I look forward to becoming a part of the "family!"
