Brandon couldn’t have been any more accommodating. I stopped in without an appointment needing some air in my tires before heading to work. Brandon was able to assist quickly and professionally! So glad they are back!!

Wow, insane service! I had a nail in the tread and only discovered it just before they closed on Friday. Not only did they get it done, a person from the shop came to my house to bring me my keys because I had dropped them in the parking lot on the way out. Impressive, Allen tire. Impressive.

If I could give these guys a 5+ I would. They do good quality work and stand behind it. I had my car in three weeks ago and had the battery replaced. Two weeks after the service it appears that either the new battery is bad or my starter (which they replaced over five years ago) is on the fritz. Either way they are going to make this right. Thanks a lot Allen Tire : )

Fantastic Experience..! I was on vacation, headed south from Annapolis, MD towing my 22-ft fishing boat for a 2-week fishing trip in the Florida Keys when I had not one, but two tires blow out on my boat trailer around 7:15 AM. Luckily, Allen Tire was open at 7 AM, so I limped in on a spare. Their tire experts quickly diagnosed the problem (all trailer tires were dry-rotted). I thought my vacation was going to be de-railed.... but they had 5 new tires delivered by 9:30 AM, and they had everything mounted, balanced, and out the door before 11:00 AM. Finished the 1,247 mile trip to the Florida Keys and back without an issue. These folks are professional, polite, and they do great work. Thank you..! Cheers, Rick D.

I have been taking my car to the Allen Tyre shop in Chester for years. They always take good care of it. My last visit was a great one as I described some symptoms that I had experienced over the last year. They did some simple fluid changes and other tweaks and my car seems like new again. They are always great to work with and accommodate my schedule as much as they can! Thanks Allen Tyre!
